What we collect, and why.
This page describes, in plain language, what happens to information you share on freedive.ee. If anything here is unclear, ask us at [email protected].
The trip-planning form
When you send the Plan Your Trip form, we receive what you typed — name, email, optional phone, country, travel window, group size, experience level and your message — together with basic context about how you found the site (for example, which campaign link you arrived from).
We use it for one thing: answering your enquiry and planning your trip with you.
- We reply from [email protected] — usually within two working days.
- We do not sell your details or share them outside the Meregrupp team.
- Marketing updates are sent only if you tick the separate opt-in box — it is never pre-ticked, and you can opt out any time by replying to any message.
- Want your enquiry deleted? Email us and we will remove it.
Analytics and cookies
We want to know which pages help visitors — not who you are. Measurement on this site follows two rules:
- No analytics or measurement cookies load unless you agree first. If no consent banner appears, no analytics is running at all.
- Events we measure (like "a route card was clicked") never include your name, email, phone number or anything you typed into a form.
Links to our course and booking site, freediving.meregrupp.ee, may carry campaign parameters so we understand which route brought you there. Those parameters describe the link, not you.
